Olfa is made by one person, so a message here reaches someone who can actually change the app.

Write in

support@getolfa.com — usually answered within a day. Telling us the fragrance and what you expected to see saves a round trip.

A bottle looks wrong

Notes, accords and images are gathered and checked, and some of them will still be wrong. Send the name and what is off, and it gets fixed for everyone rather than only for you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, in Profile settings. It does not need a support request, and it does not go through us first.

Something is broken

Say what you tapped and what happened. If the app closed itself, the crash report has probably already arrived, but knowing what you were doing is what makes it fixable.
